By accessing and using EDC18 services (edc18.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

EDC18 provides automotive software solutions including ECU Maps Editor, Portal System, and GarageHub. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected.

Installation fees are non-refundable. The installation fee covers the engineers' time spent setting up and configuring your system. This work is carried out as soon as your order is placed, and that time cannot be recovered, so the installation fee is not refunded once an order has been placed, regardless of whether you continue to use the service.

Refunds of subscription fees are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer our software, or use the platform for any illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content provided by EDC18 remain the property of TODOROVI23 EOOD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

EDC18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
