1. Services

EDC18 provides automotive software solutions including ECU Maps Editor, Portal System, and GarageHub. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Installation fees are non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer our software, or use the platform for any illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content provided by EDC18 remain the property of TODOROVI23 EOOD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

EDC18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
